Follow the steps below to succesfully install RingBuilder!
Step #1 Install App
There are two versions, the standard basic plan and the Virtual TryOn plan which allows users with a webcam to see the ring on their finger virtually. Once you have the app installed into your Shopify Store, proceed to Step #2
Step #2 Complete Registration
After the app has been installed you need to register the app by filling out and submitting a form that provides us with your Company Name and contact info. You can find this by navigating to Apps>GemFind RingBuilder>Settings within your Shopify Store Admin. See the image below for reference:
Once the form is submitted our support team will be notified. They will use the information you provided in order to create a new account for you within our JewelCloud Platform. Within the account you will be able to choose diamond dealers, set up markups and utilize other various options and settings to configure the app the way you want. Once you account is set up, our Support Team will send you an email with your credentials and instructions.
